Free Tips For Skin Care Beauty
This article provides both general and specific free tips for skin care beauty. The general tips apply to anyone and the more specific tips are for those who have skin that is too dry or oily. Beautiful skin will arise naturally if you take care of both your internal and external exposures. This comes down to the right internal nourishment and external protection.
The first of the general free tips for skin care beauty is to eat raw vegetables regularly and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day to help detoxify your system and properly hydrate your skin. Cleanse, tone and moisurise your skin every morning and apply sun block before you expose it to the outside world. The Sun is the major driver of skin damage.
Some studies of products containing alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) provide evidence that they reduce wrinkles. Current FDA approved treatments for wrinkles are carbon dioxide lasers and erbium lasers and also tretinoin cream.
Always ensure that you get sufficient sleep. Your sleep time is a window where your body can devote more of its energy resources to cellular repair and this includes repair of skin cells. Visit your dermatologist at least once a year and avoid tanning salons.
Free Tips For Skin Care Beauty: Specific
If you suffer from dry skin or any other type of skin condition then you are clearly at a disadvantage in your skin care beauty aspirations and will need to adapt your approach to take this into account. Dry skin is rough, scaly and very prone to itching. If you have dry skin then then don’t overuse soaps and use a mild soap. Also minimise your use of perfumes, anti-perspirants and hot baths. Use a moisturising cream or ointment rather than a moisturising lotion because they have a more protective effect. Use a humidifier.
If you have oily skin then use a natural soap with no additives or use a cleanser with a mild detergent that is oil free and don’t wash more than 3 times per day. Rub the soap or cleanser into the skin only gently and wash with warm rather than hot or cold water. Exfoliation to remove dead skin cells is important, use exfoliating pads or use a lathering cloth. Lathering cloths provide both effective cleansing and exfoliating in a single product. Finally, use a toner, this tightens the skin and removes excess oil. Note that overuse of a toner can lead to dry skin, if you notice your skin becoming too dry then use the toner less often.
